Face-to-Face Consultation

The face-to-face consultation service includes:

• Advice on the relevant visa applications which may be available to you
• Information on the criteria for each of these visa types
• Review of documents relevant to your case
• Any critical dates which might apply in your case
• Possible pitfalls or shortcomings in you case
• Details on the main stages in the application process
• An indication of the average processing time for the application
• A written copy of the advice given

By the end of the consultation you should have a very good idea of the options available to you, as well as the pros and cons of each. In some cases, we can also undertake to check the Migration Regulations or make inquiries with the relevant authorities on your behalf as part of the service.

Costs for this option are as follows:
- International Students: $40.00 (30 minute consultation)
- All Others: $150.00 (1 hour consultation)

Full Visa Application Service

You will be allocated a dedicated case manager who will be your contact point at Acacia and manage the application process throughout.

Our full visa application service includes the following:

• Providing an overall application strategy
• Project managing the stages of the application to ensure that critical deadlines are met
• Advice on required documentation for the application
• Certification of all copies of documents to be submitted with the application
• Where necessary, advice on required employer references
• Preparation of necessary forms for the application
• Assistance with skills assessment
• Arranging sponsorship/nomination by State or Territory Government where appropriate
• Lodgement of visa application with the appropriate DIMA office
• Maintaining correspondence with DIMA until a decision is made on your case
• Giving you updates on the progress of your case during processing
