The list is current as of 15/05/2009. Victoria has the following additional requirements:

Financial

You must show sufficient funds for settlement in Australia. There is no specific amount set for this requirement.

English Concession

Concessional competent English is not available in Victoria. As a result, you must meet the usual threshold English language requirements for the visa.

Off List Nomination

You would in general need to have a skills assessment in an occupation on the list below. However, if you have a job offer in regional Victoria, it is still possible to obtain a nomination.
