New Occupation List for Western Australia
In what appears to be an effort to build the international student market in Western Australia (WA), the WA Government recently announced it will release an
additional occupation list for skilled graduates of WA universities.
The new list is yet to be released but will be good news for high achieving education graduates such as PhD, Masters, Honours and other higher degree graduate students in WA as this opens an additional pathway to skilled migration, currently reserved for medical-related professions (which are not to be affected) on the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List (WASMOL).
