Ami Gohil - Office Manager and Marketing Support

Ami is the first point of contact for most of Acacia's clients, she facilitates the consultation process, initiating of client matters and is also involved in Acacia's marketing and promotions of seminars, social media and immigration news.

Having built an extensive career in the immigration industry, including at the Department of Immigration and on humanitarian projects, Ami has significant experience dealing with people from all parts of the world.


Emma Roseby - Immigration Consultant

Emma Roseby - Immigration Consultant

Emma is a Registered Migration Agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA).

Before joining the Acacia team in 2018, Emma began her career in migration with the Department of Immigration in 2002. Emma has worked with our sister company, Newland Chase (formerly Hamilton Watts Migration Services) since 2011.

Through her roles with the Australian government and her work in assisting clients to achieve the best possible outcomes, Emma has developed an extensive knowledge of Australian migration law and policy.

Emma specialises in Family Migration including Partner and Prospective Marriage visas, Resident Return visas (RRVs), and Australian citizenship.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Asian Studies from the Australian National University (ANU). She also completed a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at the ANU.

Lily Li - Senior Immigration Consultant

Lily joined Acacia Immigration in June 2016, prior to this she worked in Fragomen and Deloitte immigration team for more than 7 years. She has been a registered Migration Agent since 2004.

Having over 10 years' experience in the field of immigration, she has been providing immigration advice across individual visa categories and assisting to develop the Australian immigration policy for both large corporates and small-medium enterprises.

She has gained a broad range of experience across most temporary and permanent visa category including Skilled Migration, Family Migration, Business Skills Visas, Resident Return Visas, Temporary Business long stay (457), and ENS/RSMS visas. Her knowledge of migration legislation particularly focuses on Skilled Migration category, family visa category and business skills migration.

Grace is a lawyer and registered migration agent with over 15 years experience working in the migration-advice industry. Grace obtained her registration as a Migration Agent in 2002 and has been a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) since 2003.

Grace completed a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne in 1999 and was admitted to legal practice in 2000. Over the course of her career, Grace has handled applications for both individual applicants and corporate clients and has developed a deep knowledge of Australian migration law and procedures.

Grace has extensive knowledge in handling all types of visa categories, including skilled migration, employer sponsored visas, family migration and temporary visas such as student, working holiday and visitor.

Natalya is a Registered Migration Agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) since 2008. Natalya's role at Acacia is a Senior Immigration Advisor and she started her career with the company in January 2007. Her expertise - immigration advice for individuals and companies.

She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Australian National University in Canberra in 2007. She also has a Bachelor of International Business from the Ukrainian Government University.

Natalya has many years of experience and extensive knowledge of Immigration law and regulation that helps her to advice businesses, as well as helping individuals with the General Skilled visa options, Partner, and family sponsored categories.

Natalya understands that the migration process can be very complicated if not stressful as she migrated to Australia from the Ukraine in 2001. This helps her to understand her client better than anyone else. She is also fluent in Russian and Ukrainian languages.

Josie Marr - Managing Director

Josie Marr, Managing Director, Registered Migration Agent

Josie started her career in migration more than 10 years ago and has since represented cases with firms such as Ernst & Young Australia, Stirling Henry Global Migration and Acacia Immigration.

With experience managing Corporate cases, General Skilled Migration, Refugee cases, appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and compelling cases seeking Ministerial Intervention, Josie has more recently been working alongside mentor and Acacia Founder, Mark Webster, to present webinars and seminars and write news articles on much of these topics.

She is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and believes in the ongoing development of immigration professionals, offering her time as NSW State Committee representative for the MIA as well as co-founding Sydney's Women in Migration.

Josie is completing her Master of Laws in Migration Law at the Australian National University, holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from the Australian National University and a Professional Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Law from Victoria University.
