Natalya Khodan, Senior Associate, Registered Migration Agent

Natalya is a Registered Migration Agent and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) since 2008. Natalya's role at Acacia is a Senior Associate and she started her career with the company in January 2007. Her expertise - immigration advice for individuals and companies.

She has completed a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law and Practice from Australian National University in Canberra in 2007. She also has a Bachelor of International Business from the Ukrainian Government University.

Natalya has many years of experience and extensive knowledge of Immigration law and regulation that helps her to advice businesses, as well as helping individuals with the General Skilled visa options, Partner, and family sponsored categories.

Nicole Kirkwood, Advisor/Case Manager, Registered Migration Agent

Nicole Kirkwood is a Registered Migration Agent and began working in Migration in 2006 with the Refugee and Immigration Centre (RILC). She started working as a Registered Migration Agent in 2009.

Nicole holds a Bachelor Degree majoring in International Relations and Commerce Law from Deakin University and also a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from Australian National University (ANU).

Josie Marr - Advisor / Case manager

Josie Marr, Advisor/Case Manager, Registered Migration Agent

Before joining Acacia Immigration, Josie previously worked for Ernst & Young Australia, Stirling Henry Global Migration and Christopher Levingston & Associates. She has over 10 years' experience in the immigration field, mainly assisting businesses to sponsor overseas workers, guiding them through their sponsorship obligations and acting on their behalf in relation to Departmental auditing and compliance processes. Josie presents seminars and writes news articles on these topics.

In addition to corporate migration, Josie has experience managing Partner Visa applications, General Skilled Migration, appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and compelling cases seeking Ministerial Intervention.

Josie is currently completing her Master of Laws in Migration Law at the Australian National University, holds a Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice from the Australian National University and a Professional Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Law from Victoria University.

Lily joined Acacia Immigration in June 2016, prior to this she worked in Fragomen and Deloitte immigration team for more than 7 years. She has been a registered Migration Agent since 2004.

Having over 10 years' experience in the field of immigration, she has been providing immigration advice across individual visa categories and assisting to develop the Australian immigration policy for both large corporates and small-medium enterprises.

She has gained a broad range of experience across most temporary and permanent visa category including Skilled Migration, Family Migration, Business Skills Visas, Resident Return Visas, Temporary Business long stay (457), and ENS/RSMS visas. Her knowledge of migration legislation particularly focuses on Skilled Migration category, family visa category and business skills migration.

Jessie Xu - Assistant Case Manager

Jessie joined Acacia as a case manager assistant in 2017. Before that, Jessie has 3 years of experience in the education and migration industry, and has knowledge in across multiple visa subclasses.

Jessie graduated from University of Melbourne with Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) in 2012. She also completed Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration an Practices in 2015 at Victoria University.

Jessie speaks English and Mandarin (and Shanghai Dialect).

Athena Li - Admin and Marketing Support

Athena Li, Admin and Marketing Support

Athena is the first point of contact for most of Acacia's clients. She facilitates the consultation process and initiating of client matters. She is also involved in Acacia's marketing and promotions, including seminars, social media and immigration news.

Athena has been working in the customer service field over 9 years, and has dealt with people from all parts of the world.

She holds a Bachelor of Business form La Trobe University, an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, an International Diploma in Hotel Management and a Certificate 4 in Hotel Management from William Blue International Hotel Management School.


Mark Webster - Managing Director

Mark Webster, Managing Director

Mark Webster is the Founder and Managing Director of Acacia Immigration Australia. He has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons, University Medal majoring in Pure Mathematics) also from the same university. Mark has been a Registered Migration Agent since 1999, and a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) since 2001. He is a past NSW/ACT MIA President.

Mark is a Fellow of MIA, which is the highest level of membership with the MIA (Migration Institute of Australia). Mark frequently presents seminars on Australian Immigration Law for IARC, the MIA, and University of NSW and for Acacia Immigration. He has also updated various online study modules for the MIA. He was a major author of the MIA submission to the Joint Senate Committee on Migration on skills assessment.

A recognised expert in the field, Mr. Webster has been quoted in print numerous times, including in Phillipe Legrain's 2007 book, Immigrants: Your Country Needs Them (Princeton University Press).

Mark wrote the chapters on General Skilled Migration and Temporary Workers for the 8th edition of the Immigration Kit (Federation Press) and also the online version. The Immigration Kit is the definitive Immigration Law textbook used by migration agents.
